Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore invites fresh graduates with a degree in Chemical Engineering to join our dynamic manufacturing team on Jurong Island. You will work on the latest manufacturing technology and control systems, leading technicians and ensuring safe plant operations while gaining hands-on experience in process optimization and quality conformance.

The role offers a 12-hour rotating shift (AM/PM) with transport provided at designated points, and a remuneration package up to SGD 4,400

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
• Assist the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
• Address plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly and recommend effective countermeasures.
• Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
• Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
