Job summary

TRITON AI PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island is seeking motivated individuals to join a world-class chemical production team. This permanent role offers hands-on operation, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety standards in a highly automated plant environment.

You will support commissioning and ongoing production, operate equipment, conduct quality checks, and maintain logs while participating in ERT training and safety programs. A strong safety mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Comfortable working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling activities, and routine operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
• Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.

Education

NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
