Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Production Engineer Associate role based in Tampines, Singapore (transport provided).

The position offers a basic salary of S$2,200–S$2,500 per month plus shift allowances, with day and night rotations on a 2-on/2-off schedule. You will support process integration, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve stability, efficiency and yield.

Responsibilities

• Support process integration activities and production-related engineering tasks.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, production output, and yield.
• Troubleshoot process and production-related issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve process stability, efficiency, and yield.
• Support process improvement, optimization, and engineering projects.
• Assist with implementing corrective and preventive actions to address process issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain relevant process and production documentation and reports.

Production Engineer Associate

Location: Tampines (Transport Provided)
Basic Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500 per month
Shift Allowance:

• Day Shift: S$8 per shift

• Night Shift: S$20 per shift

Working Schedule

• 2 Days On / 2 Days Off

• 12-hour rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Rotating between day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Support process integration activities and production-related engineering tasks.
