Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet move, output, cycle time and CLIP.
• Update Fab daily performance and lead daily Operations meeting.
• Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) aligned with capacity and resource availability to meet CLIP.
• Track Fab KPIs, analyze production data, and report on schedule performance and material status.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects on CLIP performance including RTD and line automation.
