Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Singapore to develop and maintain manufacturing methods, sequences, and processes for semiconductor and electronics parts.

You will collaborate with engineering to release product improvements, reduce costs, improve quality, and set time standards. You will lead an operations team to meet delivery targets, develop KPI dashboards, and drive continuous improvement projects across teams, leveraging Lean, automation and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities; good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operation team to meet delivery requirements.
• Set and review line performance KPI targets daily, weekly and monthly to meet delivery.
• Drive the team to achieve KPIs such as Move, CT, wafer out and CLIP with clear priority and directions.
• Develop and maintain operation dashboards and management reports for line performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, cycle time, throughput and capacity.
• Drive process standardization, remove redundancy, and achieve productivity goals.
• Lead Continuous improvement projects on waste elimination, cost reduction, automation and productivity improvement.
