Job summary

SCENTS & BLENDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a duties-focused role to compound flavours and fragrances and manage warehouse tasks. The position involves preparing outgoing goods, receiving items, and maintaining inventory accuracy, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; Halal certification is required, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level, Higher/Nitec in Chemistry, Food, Chemical Engineering or related
• Possess Halal certification
• No experience is required as training will be provided
• Ability to operate production and warehouse equipment
• Able to handle physical work to carry and move goods
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding of flavour and fragrance according to recipes/BOM
• Pack, label and prepare outgoing goods/cargo
• Perform receiving and checking of incoming goods
• Coordinate workflow and ensure proper storage and timely replenishment of inventory
• Monitor, review and ensure optimal inventory level, advising on excess inventory when needed
• Perform periodic stock count and inventory management
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe and orderly workplace
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
