Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Compounder to weigh, blend and compound flavour ingredients according to approved formulas and schedules. This role requires precise handling of materials and adherence to batch records in a busy production setting.

You will work with production equipment, uphold GMP and safety standards, and support material handling, stock checks and inventory control while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Compounder in a flavour, fragrance, food manufacturing or related production environment.
• Able to follow work instructions and batch formulations accurately.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Weigh, blend and compound flavour raw materials according to approved formulas and production schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of materials, quantities and batch records.
• Operate production equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with raw material handling, stock checks and inventory control.
• Report any production, quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Support housekeeping and other production-related duties as assigned.
