Job summary

Givaudan in Singapore invites applications for a Production Compounder to perform compounding and related production activities in support of orders. You will work under the Production Manager, rotating shifts at Pioneer, Singapore, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include packing, bottling, cluster operations and wash-downs, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to EHS standards. English literacy is required for communication with the team.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or equivalent is required.
• Iso 9000 knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Able to read and communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities (compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operation and washing) as directed by team leaders.
• Adhere to EHS requirements in all production tasks.
• Ensure work is done right first time to minimize rework and waste.
• Maintain clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks (cycle counts, hose changes, scale verifications) as directed.

Production Compounder - Your future position?

As Production Compounder, you will carry out compounding activities for production to ensure completion of orders. This shall include all the necessary activities to support the completion of the orders as per the responsibilities below.

Location: Pioneer, Singapore

Reporting to: Production Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities (namely: compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operation and washing) as directed by team leader.
• Carry out production activities with adherence to EHS requirement.
• Ensure production activities are done right first time to reduce rework/wastages.
• Ensure proper housekeeping is carried out to ensure work place is clean and tidy.
• Carry out ad-hoc activities (e.g. cycle count, hose changed, weighing scale verification) as directed by team leaders and/or managers

Main Requirements

• GCE O Level or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 will be an advantage
• Able to work shift
• Able to read and communicate in basic English
