Job summary

CI PRINT DESIGN PTE. LTD. is looking for an entry-level production assistant to support daily printing and production tasks in Singapore.

Training will be provided, and no prior printing experience is required. You will handle materials, assist with finishing, and help ensure color accuracy and quality across finished products. Join a small team where you can learn hands-on production, operate printing equipment, and contribute to timely packing and shipping of orders.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily printing and production work.
• Operate printing and production equipment — training will be provided.
• Prepare materials and files for printing.
• Perform basic cutting, laminating, finishing and packing of completed products.
• Check print quality, colour and finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Pack, label and prepare completed orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the production/work area.
• Assist with other production duties when required.

Requirements

• No prior printing experience required – training will be provided.
• Comfortable with hands‑on production work and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Detail‑oriented, especially when checking colours, print quality and finished products.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in printing, production, manufacturing, packing or machine operation is an advantage, but not required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or a Graphic Design background is an advantage. Candidates who are interested but have no experience may also be trained.
