Job summary

INTEGRATED PACKAGING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a responsible Machine Operator to run and maintain production machines, ensure quality, and follow safety procedures. You will handle feeding, setup, alignment, and monitoring while meeting daily output targets and minimizing waste.

The role requires basic mechanical troubleshooting, ability to read job sheets, and willingness to work overtime. Training is provided for candidates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production orders and adjust settings to meet specs.
• Ensure feeding, alignment, printing, die-cutting, folding, and gluing as required.
• Follow daily production schedule and hit output targets.
• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensions.
• Record production quantities and report machine issues promptly.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness around machines and workspace.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machines. The candidate must ensure smooth production operations, maintain product quality, and follow workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate and monitor production machines:

1. Digital Printing Machine
2. Flatbed Die-Cut Machine
3. Corrugated Box Machine

• Perform machine setup according to production job orders.

• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure proper feeding, alignment, printing, die-cutting, slotting, folding, and gluing processes where applicable.
• Monitor machine performance during operation and report abnormalities immediately.

Production & Quality Control

• Follow the daily production schedule and meet output targets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure print quality, cutting accuracy, dimensions, and workmanship meet customer requirements.
• Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
• Record production quantities, defects, and machine issues accurately.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, inks, and machine components.
• Comply with company SOPs and production standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating printing, die-cutting, corrugated box, or packaging machinery is preferred. Training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read job sheets and follow production instructions.
