Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor printing and production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves following work instructions, production schedules and SOPs to ensure efficient output.

You will perform in-process inspections, conduct basic troubleshooting, and carry out routine maintenance while maintaining quality and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities for career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary or ITE qualification may be required.
• Experience in printing/manufacturing is advantageous; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow work instructions and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions, production schedules and procedures.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects; carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine daily and monthly machine maintenance to support smooth production operations.
• Record production output, machine issues and job details in the ERP system; complete required documentation and line clearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions, production schedules and established operating procedures.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality, identify printing defects and carry out basic troubleshooting where required.
• Conduct routine daily and monthly machine maintenance to support smooth and efficient production operations.
• Record production output, machine issues and job details accurately in the ERP system, including completion of required production documentation and line clearance.
• Maintain good workplace housekeeping in accordance with 5S, GMP, quality standards, safety procedures and other operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary or ITE qualification, with an interest in machine operation, manufacturing or technical work.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, mechanical or other technical environments will be advantageous; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow work instructions, maintain quality and safety standards, and support overtime requirements when needed.
