Job summary

C+C&Co in Singapore invites a highly motivated Production Assistant (Internship) to support all stages of the creative process for 3–6 months. You will work closely with the Visual and Art Direction Lead on projects across photography, video, and post-production in a fast-paced multidisciplinary agency.

This internship is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents; it requires a portfolio and basic Adobe Creative Suite skills, strong English, and the willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and technical abilities in image making, across photography, video and post-production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially.
• Additional skills like photography and video-editing will be an advantage.
• Have an affinity for visual storytelling, image making and graphics.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting across all stages of the creative process: pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Storyboarding, conceptual write-up creation, and scriptwriting.
• Pre-production: assisting with research, mood boards, prop sourcing, prop creation, set design, lighting, and styling.
• Production: operating camera equipment for photography and videography shoots.
• Post-production: basic video editing and quality checks on final deliverables.
• Assisting with project documentation and archiving.
• Brand advocacy - authentic, engaged and active on brand.
• Positively representing C+C&Co on platforms.
• Good command of English and able to converse in English.
• Participate and contribute in learning and growth sessions held within the company.

C+C&Co is looking for a highly motivated Production Assistant (Internship) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary creative agency for at least 3-6 months.

You will play a vital role in supporting all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished final products. The applicant will work closely with the Visual and Art Direction Lead on projects covering a wide spectrum of sectors and disciplines.

Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

No WFH / remote arrangement

The main responsibilities include:

• Assisting across all stages of the creative process: pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Storyboarding, conceptual write-up creation, and scriptwriting.
• Pre-production: Assisting with research, mood board creation, prop sourcing, prop creation, set design, lighting, and styling.
• Production: Operating camera equipment for photography and videography shoots.
• Post-production: Performing basic video editing tasks and quality checks on final deliverables.
• Assisting with project documentation and archiving.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with previous internships in aforementioned fields are prefered
• Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and technical abilities in image making, across photography, video and post-production.

• Additional skills like photography (camera handling) and video-editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro/ CapCutSpark AR) will be an advantage
