Job summary

ATO Atelier invites a Creative Production Intern to join a multidisciplinary studio in Singapore. You’ll experience the full production process from concept to shoot day, gaining hands-on exposure across styling, shoots, and content.

The role suits students or recent grads in Design, Media, or Communications who love food, lifestyle, and storytelling, with a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Design, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in food, lifestyle, or creative production.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or editing tools.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude across styling, shoots and content.
• Bonus: photography, videography, or social media storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Studio & Production Support: assist with studio operations, client viewings, recces, lighting and on-set coordination, styling, and procurement.
• Social Media & Content Creation: support content creation for studio and client social media, capture/edit short-form content, maintain visual consistency.
• Creative Development: participate in brainstorming, assist in pre-production planning, and learn campaign workflow.

We’re Hiring: Creative Production Intern

Location: 3 Kim Chuan Lane #03-01/02, Singapore 537069
Period: 6-month internship
Allowance: $1,000/month

At ATO Atelier / Chun Tsubaki, we create, style, and produce visuals that tell stories worth remembering.
We’re looking for a Creative Production Intern, someone passionate about the intersection of food, design, and storytelling, and ready to experience the full process of creative production from concept to shoot day.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Studio & Production Support

• Assist with studio operations and maintenance
• Coordinate studio set-ups, client viewings, and recces
• Support photo and video shoots as a production assistant, helping with lighting, camera setups, and on-set coordination
• Aid in food and props styling
• Assist with production sourcing and logistics

2. Social Media & Content Creation

• Support content creation for studio and client social media accounts
• Help conceptualise, capture, and edit short-form content (reels, BTS, etc.)
• Perform post-editing and assist in maintaining visual consistency across content

3. Creative Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in pre-production planning
• Learn creative direction and campaign workflow in a real agency environment

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Media, Communications, or a related field
• A strong interest in food, lifestyle, or creative production
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing tools
• A team player with a hands‑on attitude — you’ll be helping across styling, shoots, and content
