Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) in Singapore is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer to join the Product Engineering Department. You will drive yield improvements and coordinate with business lines and customers.

You will perform fault analysis, pre-tapeout risk assessments, and root-cause analysis for wafer sort and final test failures, aiming for first-time yield and reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first-time yielding silicon and benchmark D0 for baseline/products.
• Identify and resolve yield limiters in shortest time possible.
• Serve as technical interface with Business Lines and customers.
• Drive yield improvement initiatives across product lines.
• Resolve yield, quality and reliability issues in products.
