Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a engineering professional to act as the technical interface between customers, test teams, and manufacturing partners, ensuring successful product qualification and production release.

You will lead product characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigations to boost product performance, and you will drive cross‑functional collaboration with internal engineering teams, foundries, OSAT partners, and data analysts to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Yield Engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to semiconductor test environments, ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest V93000), data analysis tools, or yield management systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle, production release processes, yield analysis, and failure investigation for Digital, Mixed-Signal, and/or RF devices.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving; experience with statistical tools, yield management platforms, or automation/scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical interface between customers, test engineering teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure successful product qualification and production release.
• Lead product characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigation activities to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal engineering teams, foundries, and OSAT partners to resolve technical and production-related challenges.
• Generate and analyze engineering data, providing actionable insights to support yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
