Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a role focused on owning and driving digital products within the Service Delivery domain across the full lifecycle. You will bring product thinking and hands-on UX capability to serve citizens and employees.

Responsibilities include defining features from user needs, leading UX research, translating insights into journeys and prototypes, and tracking health metrics to guide post-launch decisions.

Qualifications

• Education in any discipline is acceptable.
• Backgrounds in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or Design would be advantageous.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and with product owners/managers of digital products.
• Hands-on UX research and design experience including interviews, mapping, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise product features based on user needs and policy constraints.
• Lead hands-on UX research activities including user interviews and usability testing.
• Translate research insights into journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes; iterate based on feedback.
• Define and track UX and product health metrics for post-launch decisions.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to align requirements and drive service delivery.
• Communicate product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
