Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end product-related transformation and business change programmes within a financial services context. You will manage product documentation, communications and digital content across multiple channels, and develop detailed roadmaps and impact assessments to support programme milestones.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and other stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain governance standards,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product implementation, product development or business transformation within financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end implementation of product-related transformation initiatives and business change programmes.
• Managing product documentation, customer communications and digital content updates across multiple channels.
• Developing implementation roadmaps, impact assessments and delivery plans to support programme milestones.
• Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and other stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain governance standards.
• Driving operational readiness activities, stakeholder communications and training support for business teams.
• Supporting ongoing product enhancement projects and new product launches alongside business-as-usual activities.
• Contributing to product reviews, governance activities and post-implementation assessments to ensure customer and business outcomes are achieved.
