Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a Product Implementation Manager for a 12-month contract with a financial services client in Singapore. You will own the delivery of a product rebrand across customer and intermediary materials while ensuring ongoing BAU product work continues.

You’ll coordinate with Brand, Legal, Compliance and Risk to secure approvals, manage a phased delivery plan, and support ongoing product development and launches within regulatory requirements.

Job description

Our client in financial services is looking for a Product Implementation Manager to join on a 12-month contract. You'll lead the delivery of a product rebrand across customer and intermediary-facing materials, while keeping business-as-usual product work moving at the same time.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll work alongside a Delivery Manager who handles planning and tracking, but you'll own the product outcomes: content accuracy, approvals and governance.

What you'll be doing

• Owning delivery of all rebranded product assets, including product summaries, policy provisions and annexures, FAQs, policy illustrations, training materials and website content
• Building and maintaining a full inventory of in-scope assets, assessing what needs to change for each one and managing a phased delivery plan against programme milestones
• Driving reviews and sign-offs across Brand, Legal, Compliance and Risk, and keeping clear, auditable records for governance
• Partnering with Communications and Marketing on internal and external messaging, and making sure impacted teams have updated materials and clear guidance on what's changing
• Supporting ongoing product development and launches, including requirements, documentation updates and stakeholder alignment
• Contributing to product reviews, assessments, enquiries and post-launch reviews in line with internal policy and regulatory requirements

What you'll bring

• Product management or product implementation experience within insurance, ideally life insurance
• Solid working knowledge of product documentation such as policy provisions, product summaries and illustrations
• Experience getting content through Legal, Compliance and Risk approvals in a regulated environment
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to track many moving parts and deadlines at once
• Rebrand, product change or transformation programme experience is a strong plus
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
