Job summary

KAVESSAA CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electronics/Product/Test Engineer to support tests from development through production release.

You will work with test and production teams to debug, qualify reliability, and improve yields. Strong data analysis and scripting skills, plus experience with Advantest 93K ATE, are valued. The role requires a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with foundry background preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of Product/Test Engineering experience; foundry background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, Mixed Signal and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
• Experience with statistics and data mining.
• Knowledge of scripting (Perl/Java/VBA) and automation in reporting is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products through development to production release.
• Collaborate with test engineering and production support to drive debugging, reliability qualification and yield enhancement.
• Communicate technical product status to management and Product Test Engineering teams.
• Interface with customers to establish product testing and production release requirements.
• Coordinate with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports, test limit generation, correlation and yield summary reports.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp.
