Job summary

Kavessaa Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Test Engineer to develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal products using Advantest 93k, Smart Test 7/8 and Teradyne UFLEX.

You will work closely with design engineers on silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities. The role involves debugging digital vectors, characterizing devices across PVT, and optimizing test time and yield while collaborating with engineering teams across

Qualifications

• Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience on Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with hands-on lab work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Test program development for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE (Advantest 93k, Smart Test 7/8; Teradyne UFLEX).
• Collaborate with design engineers on silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities.
• Debug of digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG/Functional/Mbist) and device characterization across PVT.
• Characterization of Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL).
• Involve in test program hands-on, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.
