Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product/Test Engineer to support RF, mixed-signal and digital products from development through production release.

You will collaborate with the test engineering team and production support to drive debugging, qualification and yield improvements. The role requires hands-on experience with test concepts across digital, mixed-signal and RF, plus familiarity with JMP, CEDA, DataPower and the Optimal Plus toolset.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts on digital, Mixed Signal and RF products.
• Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage.
• Good experience with statistics and data mining.
• Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on JMP, CEDA or DataPower and Optimal Plus tool knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for a wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release.
• Drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement with test engineering and production support teams.
• Communicate technical product status to management with Product Test Engineering.
• Establish product testing requirements with customers for production release.
• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit generation, correlation and yield summaries.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp.
