Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to market personal line insurance products to OCBC customers through outbound calls and handle inbound sales inquiries with care.

You will convert bank-provided leads via telemarketing, respond to inquiries by email, and liaise with internal departments to ensure policy fulfilment while aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or higher.
• Certificate in General Insurance/BCP & PGI preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards
• Well organized and systematic in work
• Keen to learn and positive work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS400
• Meticulous in documentation and fulfilment work
