Summary

The Product Specialist / Manager is responsible to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves understanding customers' requirements, translating them into tailored product and service offerings, developing new market opportunities, and building lasting relationships with customers and principals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve defined sales targets and expand market presence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product and service market reach
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Establish and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with vendors and customers to support sustained business growth

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Biological Chemistry, Life Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of related sales experience
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
