Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking a driven medical sales professional to promote and detail pharmaceutical products to physicians, nurses, and clinic procurement teams across assigned territories.

You will build strong customer relationships, ensure timely deliveries with internal teams, and execute strategic plans to hit personal and team sales targets. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience and a solid grasp of brand strategy and commercial execution in pharma

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical detailing.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, commercial execution and pharmaceutical marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurses, and clinic procurement teams, based on customer requirements and relevant treatment protocols.
• Manage assigned customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating timely deliveries, and providing consistent follow-up in collaboration with internal customer service and logistics teams.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans to achieve individual sales targets and overall team objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely daily call reports, documenting key customer interactions, activities, and required follow-up actions.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs, and provide relevant insights to the marketing and management teams.
