Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is assisting a Banking Client in Singapore to hire a Product Manager / Business Analyst responsible for defining the product vision, roadmaps, and requirements across digital banking initiatives.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, maintaining backlogs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions within scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story development, and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
