Job summary

GovTech Singapore is hiring a Product Ops Specialist to work on NEA's Public Health products. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and product delivery.

You'll work with Product Managers, Engineers, and NEA's public health operations teams to keep products running well, surface insights from data, and ensure what we ship works for the people using it. Your job is very important for Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in product operations, ops management, or a related coordination-heavy role.
• Have worked with product managers, engineers and designers, not just timelines.
• Able to work independently on ambiguous problems across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

• Co-own outcome metrics (case closures, tool adoption, officer productivity).
• Build relationships across product, engineering, and NEA's public health teams.
• Ideate, set up and maintain processes using DevOps tools and platforms.
• Set up and maintain the product intelligence layer (data pipelines, dashboards, feedback repos).
• Surface actionable insights that PMs act on and track changes to features or dashboards.
• Help teams move from Excel/RPA tracking to real-time dashboards within the product.
• Design playbooks, templates, and operating standards; own risk and incident management.
• Mentor team members and drive OKRs linking operations to outcomes.
