Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations support, product support or related role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint or other reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Managers in the day-to-day management of the ICT and Enterprise 5G portfolio.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities such as new product launches, service enhancements and product updates.
• Maintain product documentation, service catalogues and internal knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Support product pricing updates, service configuration and product information maintenance across internal systems.
• Support contract administration, purchase requisitions and vendor coordination where applicable.
• Support the preparation of monthly business reports, dashboards and product performance updates.
