Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive product development professional to drive end-to-end product creation for a growing home & lifestyle brand, coordinating research, sourcing, sampling, costing and production timelines.

You will analyse sales, margins and inventory, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with Operations, Retail and E‑Commerce teams to deliver successful launches and ongoing assortment improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or related retail/e-commerce
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support and manage product development from concept to launch, including research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications and production timelines
• Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to guide assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations
• Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement the assortment
• Monitor product performance, identify bestsellers and slow movers, and make buying recommendations
• Build strong supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met
• Collaborate with Operations, Retail, E‑Commerce, Creative and Customer Service on successful launches and ongoing improvements
