Product Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support commercial and product marketing activities for a leading multinational organisation in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to coordinate product initiatives, maintain business information, support customer engagement activities and prepare business reports. This position would suit someone with strong coordination, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product marketing and commercial initiatives for the Singapore market.
• Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns and business communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support customer events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions and training activities.
• Prepare and maintain product presentations, marketing collateral, product information and customer-facing materials.
• Maintain product databases, business records and relevant documentation.
• Prepare sales, marketing and business-performance reports and dashboards.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and data collection to support business planning.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders on product information, documentation, customer enquiries and commercial requirements.
• Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
• Provide additional operational and administrative support where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in product marketing, marketing support, sales support, commercial operations, business operations, customer service or a related function.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or business-reporting systems would be advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
