Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of digital products for the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that enrich visitor experiences and support Singapore's tourism objectives.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, agile ceremonies, and delivering data-driven improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with user research, UX/UI design principles, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for visitor-facing digital products.
• Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Prioritise product backlogs, manage product lifecycles, and work with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyse performance data, and iterate on products based on user feedback.
