Job summary

BIT is building a U.S. retail stock brokerage from 0 to 1, focusing on client-facing apps and a self-built trading system. You will drive product design for modules including market data, investment decision-support, and AI features, and own backend planning at the module level.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in fintech product roles, 2+ years in U.S. equities, strong PRD craft, English fluency, and the ability to operate with ambiguity within an established framework.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fintech product experience.
• 2+ years on U.S. equities brokerage products.
• Deep understanding of U.S. equities trading, settlement, and clearing; grasp of market data and valuation metrics.
• Strong PRD craft: field-level definitions, calculation formulas, state machines, edge-case coverage; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Help users understand the market efficiently and comprehensively: markets page, rankings, earnings calendars, macro data.
• Help users dig deep into individual stocks: enriched stock-detail-page data and company fundamentals module (F10).
• Help users discover trading opportunities: stock screener, sector filters, smart watchlist alerts.
• Reinvent experiences with AI: AI earnings summaries, price-move attribution, natural-language stock screening.
