Job summary

Axi is seeking a Product Manager – Trading Experience to lead the development of app and web trading experiences. You will own the vision, strategy, and delivery, coordinating with engineering, design, data, risk, and operations to build fast, reliable trading features that meet trader needs.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, manage backlogs, and monitor adoption, engagement, and performance metrics across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total work experience, with most in product management for trading platforms.
• Experience building or improving app and web experiences for high-frequency, financially sensitive environments.
• Strong interest in trading and trader behaviour.
• Knowledge of trading features such as market search, watchlists, charts, order placement, positions, and reporting.
• Proven track record owning and delivering software products across web and/or mobile.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axi’s app and web trading experience.
• Build trader-facing product experiences across discovery, watchlists, charts, and order flows.
• Translate trader needs into clear product requirements and maintain well-managed backlogs.
• Lead development and rollout of new features to improve the trading experience.
• Monitor product performance via adoption, engagement, and trading metrics.
• Ensure product capabilities meet regulatory, risk, and operational requirements.
• Communicate roadmap progress and trade-offs to stakeholders.
