Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset platform headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong user experience focus to join our team.

You will drive product strategy and execution for client-facing experiences, collaborating with design, engineering and business teams to deliver intuitive, market-ready products across our platform.

Fluency in English and Chinese and a data-driven mindset are highly valued as we raise UX standards and measure success through product metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience, ideally from a top-tier internet, fintech, or platform company.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies and product design processes.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and iterate the product strategy and roadmap for user-facing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
• Champion a user-centric approach by conducting user research, identifying client pain points, and translating insights into meaningful product improvements
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-centred product experiences
• Drive competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure our products maintain a strong market position
• Build and maintain product metrics frameworks to measure user engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, risk, marketing and operations to ensure seamless product delivery
• Contribute to product culture and raise the bar for UX standards across the product team

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience, ideally from a top-tier internet, fintech, or platform company

• Experience working on consumer-facing or institutional financial products is a plus
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
