Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in software or B2B SaaS.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Clear product requirements and documentation writing.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and clearly define customer and business problems the product should solve.
• Shape product direction by determining what should be built and why.
• Translate product initiatives into clear and actionable requirements.
• Ensure teams stay aligned and initiatives move from planning to release.
• Guide decisions balancing user, business, and technical needs.
