Job summary

ATLAS TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to drive digital products and technology-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with business, technology, operations and compliance to define strategy and translate requirements into executable product roadmaps. You will lead lifecycle activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, analyse market trends, and drive improvements across the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital products or technology-related roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional product and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical product solutions.
• Good understanding of product development processes and agile working methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international working environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmap, priorities and delivery plans based on business objectives, customer needs and market developments.
• Gather, analyse and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance and commercial teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead product planning, requirement definition, UAT coordination, product launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback and key operating metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs and potential new product opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Support the development of digital payment, financial technology, platform or other technology-enabled products.
• Identify product risks and dependencies and work with relevant teams to ensure appropriate controls and solutions are implemented.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, business cases and management updates as required.

About the Role
