Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead product strategy and execute end-to-end development for our Rail Digitalisation initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and users to shape a compelling product vision and roadmap while prioritising features based on user needs and business goals.

You will write PRDs and user stories, conduct user research, and define KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software/technology Product Management.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Help shape the product vision and own the roadmap for your product area.
End-to-End Execution: Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
Requirements & Documentation: Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers and designers to ensure feasible, on-time delivery.
Customer Insights: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user pain points and needs.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define and analyze KPIs to evaluate success and iterate on features.
Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Engagement and Outreach for training and adoption.
