Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking an Executive Engineer, Interfaces & Systems (Rail Digitalisation) to join the Rail Digitalisation Division. This role drives the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance rail performance and improve operational and maintenance processes.

You will contribute to OT/IT integration, architecture governance, EA reviews, stakeholder coordination and tender support, with occasional UI/UX involvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering, systems integration, architecture support, infrastructure, digital delivery or related technical roles.
• Exposure to OT, industrial systems, transport systems, enterprise architecture or digital platform implementation would be an advantage.
• Experience on producing technical specifications, vendor engagement, tender activities or project delivery would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• OT Architecture Development and Governance - review new initiatives, assess alignment and maintain architecture principles and records.
• EA Support - prepare materials for EA reviews and ensure alignment with architecture principles.
• Railway Digitalisation Stakeholder and Use Case Management - support stakeholder coordination, delivery and governance of use cases.
• Engineering Support for OT-IT Integration Projects - review system design, interfaces and implementation issues for railway production cloud and related systems.
• Contract Management and Tender Support - assist with technical specifications, evaluation and award processes.
• UI/UX Collaboration – may support wireframing, user journey mapping and early design discussions.
