Product Manager, Private Assets Platform

Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks a results-driven Product Platform Manager to support end-to-end PAPM platform functions, onboarding, NAV reporting, and BAU upkeep, while assisting in system enhancements and rollout of new products.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on monthly/quarterly reporting, support regional product initiatives, manage GP relationships and payment processing, and assist Front Office on Private Assets enquiries with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within Alternatives or Private Assets
• Team player with the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner
• Good understanding of banking operations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is required

Responsibilities

• Product / Platform Management: Support end-to-end functions for the PAPM platform (Recommended Closed End, Evergreen Funds and Referrals), including product onboarding and system operations
• Product / Platform Management: Oversee ongoing product performance monitoring and NAV reporting
• Product / Platform Management: Maintain BAU repository platform and systems upkeep
• Product / Platform Management: Assist in system enhancements and implementation, rollout of new products or platforms
• Product / Platform Management: Assist in sales management and support after sales in Private Assets Referral
• Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly/quarterly reporting for Closed End, Evergreen and Reerrals
• Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support: Support and work on regional product initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support: Manage GP relationship and payment processing
• Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external asset managers
• Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support: Assist Front Office on Private Assets enquiries
