Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Business Analyst for the GWP rollout within the Platform and Integration Office. You will support end-to-end business analysis from requirements through go-live readiness, across multiple markets in the region.

The role requires wealth product knowledge, strong analytical and documentation skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-location teams. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering system implementation projects in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide general project management support: planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue logging, status reporting across regional/local teams.
• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements and translate to a target operating model including processes, roles, controls and system usage.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, process flows, business rules, and requirement traceability; secure sign-off and manage changes.
