Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product / Platform Manager to support end-to-end functions for the PAPM platform, including onboarding and system operations, and to oversee NAV reporting and platform maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, at least 2 years in product management (preferably in Alternatives or Private Assets), and strong MS Office skills. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within Alternatives or Private Assets.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of banking operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end functions for the PAPM platform, including product onboarding and system operations.
• Oversee ongoing product performance monitoring and NAV reporting.
• Maintain BAU repository platform and systems upkeep.
• Assist in system enhancements and implementation, including the rollout of new products or platforms.
• Assist in sales management and provide after-sales support for Private Assets Referral.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly/quarterly reporting for Closed End, Evergreen and Referrals.
• Support and work on regional product initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Manage GP relationships and payment processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external asset managers.
• Assist Front Office with Private Assets enquiries.
