Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product / Platform Manager to support end-to-end PAPM platform tasks, including onboarding and operations, across Closed End, Evergreen Funds and Referrals.

The role involves monitoring product performance, NAV reporting, maintaining BAU systems, and assisting in enhancements and new product rollouts, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Self-starter, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Minimum 2 years in product management, Ideally within Alternatives or Private Assets.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of banking operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end PAPM platform onboarding and operations.
• Oversee product performance monitoring and NAV reporting.
• Maintain BAU repository platform and systems upkeep.
• Assist in system enhancements and rollout of new products or platforms.
• Assist in sales management and after-sales support for Private Assets Referral.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely monthly/quarterly reporting.
