Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Project Business Analyst to support the Group Wealth Platform rollout across the region, operating within the Platform and Integration Office. The role spans initiation to go-live, including BRD, UAT, training and post-launch support.

You will partner with front office, operations, finance, risk and compliance, translating requirements into a target operating model and collaborating with IT, vendors and delivery squads for multi-market delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking/financial services.
Demonstrated ability to elicit, document and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of wealth management processes and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Provide general project management support across workstreams, including planning, milestones, risks, and progress reporting.
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and translate into a target operating model with processes, controls and system usage.
Prepare and maintain BRD, process flows and business rules; manage sign-off and changes through change control.
Review IT solutioning with IT BA, architects, vendors; verify FSDs meet business intent and close gaps.
Support go-live readiness: SOPs, user entitlements, cutover planning and readiness evidence.
Define UAT scope, develop test cases, drive UAT with end users, manage defects and sign-off.
Create user training materials and deliver end-user training ahead of go-live.
Provide post go-live support including issue triage and production defect coordination.
Support new market initiatives with discovery, gap analysis, scoping and governance-materials.
