Job summary

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) invites a Product Manager to own the Open Innovation Platform (OIP). You will define the product vision, roadmaps, and jobs to be done, working with UI/UX, development, and operations teams in an iterative agile process to deliver value.

You’ll drive product discovery with stakeholders, manage the lifecycle, and partner with marketing to optimize adoption. Reporting to the Digital Lead (Innovation), this role shapes a government-led startup ethos.

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields.
3–5 years in digital product development and product management in agile settings.
Experience delivering complex digital projects with risks and costs managed.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Experience integrating AI features into digital products is a plus.
Familiarity with government procurement or GCC/ICT governance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the OIP product roadmap, outlining jobs to be done and defining the vision.
Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders to refine needs.
Translate concepts into working solutions with cross-functional teams in an iterative agile process.
Serve as SME for the OIP product and collaborate with marketing to boost adoption.
Plan go-to-market milestones and strategic product launches with various channels.
Monitor KPIs and drive ongoing enhancements to meet evolving needs.
Coordinate with IT stakeholders and external vendors to ensure delivery as planned.
Oversee contract and payment matters to ensure service levels are met.
Provide leadership to drive innovation deliverables with the digital pillar.
