Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the next generation of digital products serving IPOS and government services. You will define strategy, oversee discovery and delivery, and align business and technology priorities to improve service quality and efficiency.

You will drive data‑driven decisions, build collaboration across policy, operations, design and engineering, and mentor teams to elevate product management capabilities while advancing Singapore's Smart Nation goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex digital products or platforms.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into clear product outcomes.
• Proven track record of driving product discovery and delivery.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital products and platforms.
