Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a Product Management role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, navigate ambiguity, and deliver impactful products in complex organisations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with end users and senior leadership.
• Solid product fundamentals: problem framing, MVP definition, iterative delivery, and prioritisation trade-offs.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and delivery discipline.
• Experience delivering digital products in public sector or regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile product delivery in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency Product Owners and stakeholders to frame problems, define product intent, and align on outcomes.
• Lead discovery work to validate user needs and constraints through interviews, workshops, and data review.
• Define MVP scope, phased roadmap, and translate ambiguity into actionable increments.
• Drive iterative delivery with cross-functional teams using Agile practices.
