Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced product leader to drive product strategy across development and operations in Singapore. The role focuses on shaping vision, coordinating with agencies and business stakeholders, and guiding data-driven decisions to enhance user experiences.

The candidate will manage budgets, oversee security testing and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal, and finance teams to deliver reliable, high-impact products.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis, or solution design.
• Familiarity with security testing processes (VAPT) and compliance frameworks.
• At least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Experience managing both product development and live operations.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency Product Owners and stakeholders to define product vision and secure buy-in.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and outreach plans to drive adoption.
• Design, test, and iterate user journeys to improve products while maintaining operational excellence.
• Manage product budgets and develop workplans with product teams.
• Procure required resources including software, hardware, and professional services.
• Ensure service availability and performance optimisation for live systems.
• Lead data initiatives and analytics projects to support product decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with data teams to implement data collection strategies, analytics frameworks, and reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable product improvements and business value.
• Oversee security testing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, legal, and finance.
• Support developers in exploring tools while maintaining production stability.
• Drive adoption of new features while ensuring reliable service delivery.
• Build networks with government agencies and product teams for collaboration.
• Participate in public engagements and presentations to promote product awareness.
• Run stakeholder meetings and track deliverables across development and operations.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance testing requirements (SSAT, VAPT, etc.).
