CODEX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery, definition, development and continuous improvement of digital products. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specs and manage backlogs in an Agile environment.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, engineers and cross‑functional teams, delivering solutions with measurable user and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 1–3 years in product management or similar software delivery role.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Discovery: identify problems, define goals, scope and roadmap.
• Requirements Definition: create user journeys, stories, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritisation and Decision-Making: backlog prioritisation based on value, impact and effort.
• Product Design and Validation: collaborate with UX/UI to ensure usable flows.
• Product Delivery: refine backlog, prepare work for development, manage scope.
• Stakeholder Management: align users, biz, tech on objectives and progress.
• Product Performance and Improvement: define success metrics and iterate.
• Quality and Governance: ensure security, regulatory and testing readiness.
• Agile Ways of Working: support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
