Job summary

Codex Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to drive discovery, definition, development and continuous improvement of digital products and software solutions. You will own product priorities, manage the backlog and translate user needs into actionable specifications while collaborating with UX/UI, engineers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, analytical and comfortable working in an Agile environment to deliver measurable user and business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
1–3 years of product management or related software development experience.
Experience translating business problems into structured product requirements and user stories.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery teams.
Ability to prioritise requirements and communicate decisions based on value and objectives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and UX tools.
Ability to work with UX/UI designers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Understand user needs, workflows and objectives to define goals, scope and roadmap.
Translate needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, stories, rules and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise backlog based on user value, business impact and delivery constraints.
Collaborate with UX/UI to shape user-centric workflows and validate solutions.
Work with engineers to refine backlog and prepare work for development.
Align stakeholders on objectives, dependencies and delivery expectations.
Define success metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure requirements consider security, governance and deployment readiness.
Facilitate Agile activities to maintain a clear backlog.
