Job summary

StraitsX is seeking a Product Manager to shape and improve internal tools used by our operations, fraud, compliance, and risk teams. You will translate workflows into clear product requirements and scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across StraitsX and its markets.

The role focuses on internal dashboards, workflows, case management tools, and operational controls, with emphasis on fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify operational processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Able to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with workflows, rules, and operational processes.
• Comfortable using data and user feedback to support product decisions.
• Interest in fintech, payments, fraud, compliance, or financial services.
• Experience with internal tools, payments, KYC/KYB, fraud, transaction monitoring, or screening is a plus.

StraitsX is looking for a Product Manager to help build and improve the tools used by our internal teams.You will work closely with teams across StraitsX to understand operational needs, identify pain points, and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.

The scope covers internal tools supporting different StraitsX products and functions, with a key focus on areas such as Operations, Fraud, Compliance, and Risk. This includes capabilities such as internal dashboards, workflow tools, Fraud Detection Systems, transaction monitoring, screening, investigation workflows, and case management.As StraitsX continues to grow, these tools will require continuous improvement to support new products, markets, operational needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging fraud or scam patterns.

What You Will Do
