Job summary

StraitsX is seeking a Product Manager to build and improve the internal tools used by our teams across Operations, Fraud, Compliance, and Risk. You will work with internal groups to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into scalable product requirements and user stories.

The role covers dashboards, workflow tools, fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, screening, investigation workflows, and case management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear product specifications.
• Experience with internal tooling or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and product needs.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Build and improve internal dashboards, workflows, case management tools, and operational controls.
• Support Fraud and Compliance capabilities such as detection systems, monitoring, screening, and investigation tools.
• Support internal tooling across StraitsX products and markets.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering from problem definition through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Use data and user feedback to prioritize and improve internal tools.
